    I think the answer is: zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, red peppers and onions. (Answer can be found in pull down menu at top under “Advantage”

    Yes, Shirley is right: “zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, red peppers, and her secret ingredient, dried currants”. Corn isn’t mentioned anywhere in the recipe 😉
