Postmaster – please stop stating that wannawin contests are not open to Quebeckers – they are and were originally ONLY for Quebeckers.
Michael are you saying all the wannawin contests are only for Quebecers? Because I don’t think you’re right.
No, Artman – I’m saying the site was originally set up for Quebeckers because they were usually ineligible for most contests.

What I’m saying is that the postmaster says: “Not open to QC” – but that is not true. If ANY CONTEST is open to Quebec, it’s definitely a wannawin contest.
