Everytime I go to Sobey’s the sales items I want are ALWAYS sold out, the shelves are empty! They need to keep them stocked, it’s not fair that some people get the sales items, and others don’t!! It happens a lot. They need to work on that. I don’t have time for “rain checks”… when I go grocery shopping, I want the items then, not two weeks from then!

I LOVE SHOPPING AT OUR SOBEYS STORE HERE IN CORNER BROOK. THE FRESH BAKED BREAD IS THE BEST,WE LOVE THE RYE BREAD. AND THE BUY ONE GET ONE DEAL IS ALWAYS A PLUS FOR EVERYONE. ALSO THER STAFF IS GREAT TO, AND THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN.

Sobeys are now selling Produce from CHINA. We live in Atlantic Provinces where PEI and NB rely heavily on agriculture. And tonight they are selling Potatoes from CHINA. Apparently the garlic comes from Japan and China. The bags of potatoes had US #1 and I assumed they were from US. Nope. I asked.
Now, many of us still remember when milk products just a year or so ago had melamine in it and other products were a danger to people and pets.. China has no regard for health of humans or pets and SOBEys CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH THE HEALTH OF CANADIANS. I have stopped buying there as of tonight and I encourage others to go to local producers and let Sobeys know. they will hear from me tonight.

Ihave delt with Sobeys for over 30yrs and I have yet to have any problems that they will not solve for me .When something I bought had anything wrong they had no problem in telling me to either bring it back or if it was smelly just bring in the sales slip to prove that you bought it there and then they would reenburse it for me or who ever .They have been the BEST store to shop in and that is were I will shop.

Great to shop at Sobeys, you can always find what you are looking for ,the items are well organize easy to find, and the store is always clean; the staff is always courteous.

Love the norh sydney sobeys very clean very organized and always open check outs!! Love that store!!!
Nice and clean store, the staffs are friendly and courteous and they have good deals on the fruits and some stuff in the store most of the time. And one thing I really like about Sobey’s is there’s no big line-up to the check out counters which is very convenient when you’re in a hurry to go home and cook dinner. Love Sobey’s!
