   fill out the last question on the bottom right and press the TAB button to show the submit button.

   Fay…didn’t work for me; however, my valid postal code was a different colour. I removed the last 3 characters and re-typed them after a space but the page removed the space. Finally I removed the entire postal code and when I re-typed it, the page inserted a space, and now it was acceptable. Very poorly done page, IMO
