Honestly I was going to do a web search for a really awesome recipe but that wouldn’t be me… I do like liver and i make it simple and delicious. Liver in a pan lol with garlic salt and pepper.. fried with pork lard with bacon bits and fried onions to top it off.. simple and tasty!!
