Rogers is giving away 31 pairs of NHL tickets valued at $500. There’s some tricky conditions in the rules. You must either “activate a new Rogers mobile service on a consumer postpaid account: new mobile line when you bring your phone or wit a new phone” OR “upgrade your Rogers mobile phone on your existing consumer postpaid line”
You can enter without purchase by sending an email and 150-word essay (see rules)
