Here you can win a landscaping package valued at $20,000. The rules indicate it’s open to Canada (exc. Quebec); however the Terms and Conditions indicate that “The project must take place … in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia or the Fraser Valley of British Columbia.”

I didn’t mean to imply it wasn’t a contest or to remove it. I was just wondering why they think this would be a prize, and not just a 20% discount they only want to give to one person. If you are in the market anyway for landscaping that costs more than $50,000, you might want to enter it. I’m sure the odds are very good. lol
